Return Policy:
1. Items wrongly dispatched, other than what was ordered by the customer.
2. Item is in totally different color, e.g. order was red and received yellow color.
3. In the above cases, the customer has to book a complaint to the following email address: contact@efab7.com with necessary proof. Upon approval, the customer has to send the item back to the EFab7 in the same and unused condition and EFab7 will also arrange to send a fresh item. In case of EFab7 is not in a position to resend the item, the refund shall be given to the customer immediately within 7 – 10 working days from receipt of the item.
4. We are taking all necessary actions to ensure products are dispatched as per customer’s order.
5. Any minor difference in color, size or style of an item can not be changed.
6. We endeavor to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction at all times.
